Clean Gutter Workmanship Warranty
Clean Gutter LLC's workmanship warranty covers a 5-year period from the date of original installation. This warranty covers defects in the installation of the agreed-upon materials (gutters, gutter guards, etc.).
Annual Gutter Cleaning Requirement (Unless Gutter Guards Installed): This 5-year workmanship warranty is contingent upon the homeowner maintaining the gutter system through an annual professional gutter cleaning service performed exclusively by Clean Gutter LLC, unless a gutter guard system is purchased from and installed by Clean Gutter LLC. If Clean Gutter LLC installs a gutter guard system, the annual gutter cleaning requirement is waived.
The annual gutter cleaning service (when required) must be scheduled and paid for by the homeowner. Clean Gutter LLC will notify the homeowner at least 4 weeks prior to the anniversary of the installation date and coordinate scheduling with the homeowner. It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure the annual gutter cleaning service is performed within one year of the installation date and each subsequent anniversary date. Clean Gutter LLC will provide documentation of the service performed, such as a dated receipt or email confirmation.
The annual gutter cleaning service provided by Clean Gutter LLC will include:
Removal of debris from gutters and downspouts.
Inspection for leaks and damage.
Flushing of downspouts.
Gutter cleaning must be performed at least once per year, within one year of the installation date and each subsequent anniversary. Clean Gutter LLC will make reasonable efforts to perform the service within this timeframe, but scheduling may be affected by weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Gutter cleaning services will not be started when temperatures are below 40° Fahrenheit.
Failure to have Clean Gutter LLC perform the annual gutter cleaning service within one year of the installation date and each subsequent anniversary (when required) will immediately and automatically void this warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations:
This warranty does not cover the following:
Harmful chemical exposure
Products being used for unintended purposes or in an inappropriate manner
Damage caused by temperatures exceeding 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Mold or mildew accumulation
Contact with dissimilar metals
Damage caused by acts of God; this includes hurricanes, lightning, tornadoes, thunderstorms, windstorms, hail, etc.
Vandalism
Alterations from the original installation
Damage caused by roof structure
Natural wear caused by weather, acid rain, or other caustic environmental conditions
Impact of foreign objects
Products that have been painted or have been altered in any fashion
Fire damage
Changes in the surface color resulting from chalking, fading, soiling, or staining due to exposure to the elements. Some changes are natural and happen over time regardless of material, paint, or maintenance.
Deterioration due to air pollution

To make a warranty claim, the homeowner must contact Clean Gutter LLC though our website or email address and provide:
Original contract
Photos of the issue
Confirmation that Clean Gutter LLC has performed the annual gutter cleaning service for the year in which the issue occurred (when required). (Clean Gutter LLC will have records of this.)
